"Thriving and Surviving" is a 4-part series that provides a supportive and engaging space for individuals who are seeking to move from surviving to thriving. Through interactive activities, group discussions, and lectures led by experienced peer facilitators, participants will explore what recovery means to them, and develop practical tools and strategies for building resilience and moving towards a life of thriving.

Throughout the series, participants will engage in a variety of interactive activities and group discussions, and will be encouraged to share their experiences and support each other in a non-judgmental and confidential environment. By the end of the series, participants will have developed a deeper understanding of recovery, and a practical toolkit for building resilience, managing self-talk, and moving towards a life of thriving.

"Thriving & Surviving" is open to adults who are experiencing mental health challenges. The series is free and offered on a drop-in basis, allowing participants to attend as many or as few sessions as they like.
