Amanda Ireland Ward Scholarship
The Amanda Ireland Ward Scholarship was established to honor the memory of an amazing woman who exemplified leadership, service, and laughter. Mandy was a child and family advocate and trainer with the Kellin Foundation who touched thousands of people over the years. In her honor, the Kellin Foundation is proud to establish this scholarship fund.

The $1000 scholarship is open to Guilford County graduating seniors who exude a spirit of service to others, a value in caring for and connecting with all people, and leadership inside and outside the classroom as illustrated through a written essay, demonstrated academic achievements, and mentor, teacher, and/or coach recommendations.
While it is considered during the selection process, economic need is not a prerequisite to apply for the scholarship.
All eligible applicants will be considered, with applicants from first responder families and girls leadership academies (both groups that Mandy was closely connected with) particularly encouraged to apply.
