Teens Gotta Talk is an online 12 week program designed to teach coping skills which will help to enable high schoolers to manage stressors impacting their personal life, school performance, and attendance.
The Kellin Foundation's Teens Gotta Talk Summer Program 2023 is an innovative and exciting program designed to provide a safe and supportive space for teens to talk about their feelings, experiences, and challenges. The program is aimed at teens aged 13-18 years old and is focused on helping them develop healthy coping mechanisms, build resilience, and enhance their mental health and wellbeing.
The program will run throughout the summer months and will include a range of engaging and interactive activities such as group discussions, art therapy, mindfulness practices, outdoor adventures, and more. These activities are designed to help teens explore and express their thoughts and feelings, learn new skills, and build strong relationships with their peers.
In addition to these activities, the program will also include educational workshops on a variety of topics related to mental health and wellbeing, such as stress management, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and healthy relationships. These workshops will be led by experienced mental health professionals who will provide expert guidance and support to the teens throughout the program.
