The profile of drug abuse in the United States is ever-changing.  In this workshop, participants will learn about the latest trends in drugs of abuse including alcohol, prescription medicine, illicit drugs and electronic cigarettes.  Participants will review the addiction process and how to recognize signs and symptoms of drug use.

Kellin Foundation's Provider Academy is a series of free workshops for all behavioral health and substance abuse providers and peer support specialists to gain current information about mental health and continuing education credit hours. Addiction counselors and peer support specialists receive 1.5 NCSAPPB General Skill Building Hours for each session.
