Food & Mood includes 8 lessons that explore how eating nutritious foods is connected to mood and well-being. Goal: The goal is that participants will begin to explore how what we eat can affect how we feel emotionally, mentally, and physically. The curriculum seeks to help participants become more attuned to what their body needs.

This class meets weekly for 8 weeks.
