"Connections" is a three-week Middle School Mental Health Group that helps adolescents develop crucial life skills. Through engaging activities and discussions, we cover topics such as self-esteem, social skills, and coping strategies. Designed specifically for middle schoolers, "Connections" aims to foster self-discovery, positive relationships, and emotional resilience in a supportive and engaging environment. With a hybrid attendance model, participants can join both in-person and virtual sessions to accommodate different needs and preferences.
